wow….I must’ve been drunk when I popolo’d this one…I don’t even remember doing it! lol……..but that doesn’t take away the fact that it’s a nice shot…yup nice bokeh…can someone tell me how to pronounce that properly?
It’s boh-keh man. Boh as in bow to tie yer hair, a long O, like in row or throw. Keh to rhyme with feh, with the e sounded as in egg, short and breathy. Try it:

DoF and BW looks good, but I don’t find the subject very compelling, I’m afraid.

Van Morrison is my favourite. Into the Mystic is one of my favourite songs.
But this isn’t one of my favourite pics. Sorry. I don’t like the backdrop, it looks like curtains and I find it distracting, would have helped a lot if it were against a black sheet or something. Also the dof looks a little forced/unreal?

Don’t know what your theory on time zones is TT, but I like the life in those thin fingers. Whether he’s practicing "Asturias" or "Smoke on the Water," I feel a good sense of anticipation here.

Agree with what people are saying so far. These can be a bit overdone, but I’m a sucker for a nice b&w.

8 clear popolos, then 4 clear dgaps – this requires some analysis – could it be taste varies by time zone?

sometimes I look at things for days because I can’t make up my mind. so maybe the popolos just come easier. people know what they like
